The purpose is to assist churches with the development of their more traditional discipleship Church Training ministry, which usually takes place on Sundays and mid-week and is conducted in the church building facilities. The model and resources originate primarily, but not exclusively, from LifeWay Christian Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention.
