2008 Online Registration Agreement

COSTS The Base Cost for Transformers is $100 per person. This covers church housing, meals, t-shirt, hat, insurance, and project materials. A special rate of $25 is being offered for Virginia Baptist students who are enrolled in college and are members of a BGAV church or those who are actively engaged in a Virginia Baptist sponsored Baptist Collegiate Ministry. HOUSING OPTIONS Church Housing: Church housing, which is included in the base price, is available at our two host churches: Walnut Grove Baptist (Richmond) and Amherst Baptist (Amherst). Participants will need to bring their own bedding and plan to sleep on the floor in Sunday School classrooms. Rooms will be “gender specific,” and there will be no availability for spouses to stay together. Showers will be available from either a Disaster Relief shower unit or a church facility. Hotel Accommodations: We have negotiated rates at several hotels for participants who prefer hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations and all payments are the responsibility of each participant and are in addition to the $100 base cost. A list of available hotels and other information can be found at www.vbmb.org/transformers. PAYMENT A $25 per person deposit is acceptable in lieu of full payment. Any remaining balance is due upon arrival at the project. Deposits are nonrefundable after May 1, 2008. Full payment is expected for all registrations after May 1, 2008.
