Pay Your Balance Due

Our current registration system does not group leaders to customize the amount of money that they might wish to place on their credit cards for payments.  Each group has a very different balance due that can be complicated at times due to cancellations and other issues. 

Therefore, while you cannot pay your balance online you can still pay using your credit card.  Simply call or e-mail Jeannette Hildebrand at 800.ALL.BGAV (255.2428), Ext. 7260, giving her your credit card information and the amount of your balance due.  She will then apply this amount to your credit card and send you a receipt. 

Please send or call with the following information:

• Type of card
• Account number
• Expiration date
• Name on card
• Amount to charge to card – please include any explanation if the amount you are paying is not consistent with the number of total number registered.
