Cost:

• Package 1 - $130 - includes 2 rounds of golf at London Downs Golf Course (Monday and Tuesday), one night accommodation at the Voight Conference Center, Monday night Banquet, Tuesday breakfast and lunch
• Package 2 - $112 - includes 2 rounds of golf at London Downs Golf Course (Monday and Tuesday), one night accommodation in a lodge, Monday night Banquet, Tuesday breakfast and lunch
• Package 3 (commuters) - $80 - includes 2 rounds of golf at London Downs Golf Course (Monday and Tuesday), Monday night Banquet, Tuesday lunch
• Package 4 - Using the base price of Package 3 an individual can customize their experience by staying additional nights for some mission work or relaxation. Eagle Eyrie will work with you on the costs.

Lodging: Lodges at Eagle Eyrie

Tournament Format:

• Monday – We have reserved tee times between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00. You may golf with your own team or let us know if you want to be placed with a foursome. You will be able to choose a preferred tee time on the registration form
• Tuesday – Golfers will be ‘flighted’ according to their scores on Monday. We will have up to 5 flights:
  • 1 senior flight (for those aged 65 and older)
  • 1 Championship flight
  • 3 regular flights (depending on # of participants)
• We will have a shotgun start at 8:30 and should conclude by 1:00. A boxed lunch will be served as we award trophies and prizes.
