Youth Ministry from the Ground Up
by Ken Dibble
From the introduction to this new book:
This book represents the culmination of a dream which started several years ago and has now come to fruition. Throughout the past 13 years, as the youth ministries consultant with the Virginia Baptist Mission Board, I have developed a special place in my heart for the “smaller” church. They are the backbone of Virginia Baptist life. They also represent the majority of the churches in the Baptist General Association of Virginia. In many of these churches you will find loyal, faithful servants of God who share a desire and passion to reach out to teenagers today. But, many of them have no formal training to equip them for the task. All they bring with them is a love for God and a discipleship mandate to “fulfill the Great Commission!” It is for these churches this book has been written.
