Building Blocks for Powerful Coaching will help you begin the process of becoming a life and/or leadership coach! This is a two day, sixteen hour, foundation class on learning the basic skills of Christian life and leadership coaching that will help you learn:
- How to define and distinguish coaching skills and process for use in ministry
- How to apply basic coaching concepts in coaching others with an attitude of serving
- How to address situations from a variety of perspectives for the benefit of the person being coached (PBC)
