The Latino Network of Virginia Baptists sponsors each year an Encuentro (meeting or gathering) of Latino Baptist pastors, leaders and their spouses throughout Virginia, for the purpose of fellowship, training, and worship.

Friday Schedule
Two afternoon conferences on (1) Virginia-Panama Partnership Missions Project and (2) Semillas de Mostaza Project, followed by dinner served on site and a time of worship and cultural celebration.
Saturday Session
Morning worship with plenary session on “Leadership and Spirituality in the 21st Century,” followed by lunch on site and a time for praise, prayer, announcements and sharing of local church concerns.
