Royal Ambassadors State Racer Derby and Leadership Training
 Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines!
The Royal Ambassadors State Racer Derby will soon roar down the track once again!
Traditionally, awards are given for Lads, Crusaders, and Challengers, as well as leaders in the Derby and Missions Projects. You don’t have to be an associational winner to participate!

| Leadership Training |
Leaders are encouraged to attend a Networking/Training event after lunch to learn new ideas for growing your RA Chapter. Field Day Events will be provide for boys while leaders are at the training event! |
Missions Opportunities |
Chapters and individuals are invited to bring a display of recent Mission Projects to share their team's activities, learnings, and successes. Displays will be available for review during races and lunch.
Each group is encouraged to collect Jars of Change to be donated for the Ghana Mosquito Net Project. This is part of VBMB's cooperative effort to provide Mosquito nets for the people of Ghana, a country in which Malaria is the leading cause of death. |

10:45 a.m. – Racing begins!
12:30 p.m. – Lunch available at Crossroads*

Photo Permissions Agreement
The Virginia Baptist Mission Board will be taking photos and shooting video during this event
as a means to gather materials for archival, promotional, and production purposes.
Accordingly, during the course of your participation, you and any of your guests may be photographed, filmed,
or videoed while participating in any of the events or enjoying any of the event features.
Therefore, every guest, by attending the event, acknowledges and agrees that these photos, films, and videos may be taken and used in Virginia Baptist Mission Board’s promotional materials, including their website.
