Collegiate Missions
The Glocal Missions and Evangelism Team works with the Emerging Leaders Team to offer the Virginia Baptist Collegiate Missions Program for college students and college-bound high school seniors. The Collegiate Missions Program has three "pathways:"
- Pathway One/GO Teams: GO (Global Outreach) Teams are international summer mission experiences, each approximately two weeks in length.
- Pathway Two: offers a number of summer mission opportunities in Virginia, across the US, and throughout the world that are from 4-8 weeks in duration. These placements are pre-arranged by the Glocal Missions Team and are typically in support of Virginia Baptist mission partnerships.
- Pathway Three: offers assistance in connecting with more specialized or individualized placements for service.
Information on local collegiate missions and applications for Virginia Baptist Collegiate Missions are available on the Baptist Collegiate Ministry website.
