Southwest Virginia Partnership logoWorking Together in Southwest Virginia

In 2010, the Clinch Valley, Powell River, and Wise Baptist Associations partnered with the Virginia Baptist Mission Board to form the Southwest Virginia Partnership emphasizing mission projects in Lee, Scott, and Wise counties. Since then, churches from across the state have sent teams to do construction, work in food pantries, and conduct VBS and Backyard Bible Clubs. The partnership has been so effective in meeting physical and spiritual needs in the community, it has been extended for another year and there are efforts to extend it even longer. Watch the video to see how when Virginia Baptists work together, lives are changed.
