“You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses.
Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to

2 Timothy 2:2 (NLT)
While the name of our team may be “Courageous Churches,” we know that the advancement of the Kingdom depends also on the courage of leaders, and not just in traditional church leadership roles. No matter whom it is asked of, great courage is required, especially, for the call to serve our communities and meet their needs boldly and unselfishly.
God has equipped leaders to serve with a wide variety of gifts and passions. However, across all vocations, the multiplication of leaders must occur through the endowment of wisdom and experience as described in Paul’s second letter to Timothy. In addition, the discipleship of fellow leaders is invaluable in providing encouragement for the audacious pursuit of one’s call to serve and to transform.
In order to afford opportunities for the multiplication of missional leaders, we aim to provide events and experiences that inspire and challenge. In addition, we hope to assist in the establishment and strengthening of relationships and networks that provide support, accountability and advice for leaders pursuing their missional call.
Whether you are a missional leader seeking to connect with others and entrust your gifts to the next generation, or you are a young adult or lay person seeking inspiration to discern your own missional purpose and engage in it fully, we hope you will find a place among the following Courageous Churches initiatives:
